What to Remember the Night
Before
The night before surgery you should have nothing
to eat after midnight. You may take your
regular medicines with sips of WATER only. If you are diabetic,
please follow your primary care physician's (PCP) advice for
taking your diabetic medicine, especially insulin. NOTE: I
personally do NOT recommend stopping aspirin or other
anticoagulants such as Coumadin before surgery. If there are
any questions, please have your doctor call
me.
